This is an exceptional opportunity to work for a professional organisation as a Desktop Support Team Leader. To qualify for this role you must have at least 5 years IT support experience and a minimum of 1 years experience working within a team leadership or supervisory role. You will possess either a HND or an MCP and have strong knowledge of Windows XP, MS Office tools, remote access technologies (incl RAS and VPN), MS Exchange and Windows 2003. You will be tasked with supervising a small team, setting up standards and procedures, devising document procedures for IT Support tasks, participation in projects, advising on technical training, ensuring faults are assigned and escalated and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
